Where are your products made?
Are your products natural and organic?
We pride ourselves on creating only the most natural and organic pieces for your little loves. We are constantly striving to achieve perfection in all areas of the production and handling processes of your pieces.
On each product page you will find information on the fabric content and organic status of each garment. You can also read about our efforts in sustainability, ethics, and organic certifications in further detail here.

FIT, SIZING AND CARE
What is the fit and sizing like of your pieces?
All of our pieces are designed with comfort and fit at the forefront of our minds so your little ones can move freely as they play and grow with the seasons.
Our organic ribbed essentials are made with a soft and stretchy fabric to allow for a more of a snug fit while our woven pieces made with linen or cotton are designed to have more of a relaxed fit for ease of motion.
The sizing of our pieces is true to age, while allowing for growth and room for movement.

How do I wash and care for your pieces?
We recommend a warm or cold gentle machine wash with eco friendly detergents, reshape and lay flat to dry for the majority of our pieces. Some more delicate items may require a cold hand wash with the option of a low heat iron.
We recommend you view each product listing for basic care requirements and follow the washing instructions located on the internal care tag of your garments.
ORDERS, SHIPPING AND HANDLING
What Payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Afterpay, PayPal and Shopify Payments (which include; VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.)
Can I modify or cancel my order once placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We unfortunately cannot place any guarantees that your order will be able to be changed as this will depend on how your order has progressed in our shipping and handling department however we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How can I track the progress of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number. Please allow the below handling times before you receive your tracking email.
When will my order ship?
Standard and Free Shipping:
Ships from studio in 3-5 business days. Package is delivered in 2-5 business days after date shipped.
Express Post
Ships from studio in 1-2 business days. Package is delivered in 1-3 business days after date shipped.
International Shipping:
Ships from studio in 3-5 business days. Package is delivered in 10-21 business days after date shipped.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
For domestic orders, standard tracked shipping is free over $120 AUD, and expedited shipping is available at an increased rate. For domestic orders under $120 AUD, we offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We ship worldwide with standard tracked shipping. We offer a flat rate of $15.95 to keep costs considerate for our international customers.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your returns Policy?
All items in original, un used, unworn condition with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days from receipt of goods.

How do I start my return?
To start a return, please contact us at hello.littlelifestudio@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
