We appreciate how important it is to our customers to have their beautiful orders delivered as quickly as possible.

We are so grateful for each and every order and strive to process these with the greatest level of care and efficiency. All orders are sent from our Yarra Valley based studio in VIC, Australia. 

If you have an URGENT order or an order that needs to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our very best to help accomodate your needs.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard and Free Shipping:

For Australian orders, standard tracked shipping is free over $120 AUD. For domestic orders under $120 AUD, we offer a discounted flat shipping rate of $8.95
Orders will ship from the studio in 3-5 business days. Packages will be delivered in approximately 3-6 business days after date shipped.

Expedited Shipping: 

Express Post is offered Australia wide at a discounted flat rate of $12.95
Orders will ship from studio in 1-2 business days. Package will be delivered in approximately 1-3 business days after date shipped depending on if your location is metro or rural. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Shipping:

We ship worldwide with standard tracked shipping. We offer a flat rate of $17.95 to keep costs considerate for our international customers. 

Orders will ship from studio in 3-5 business days. Package is delivered in 10-21 business days after date shipped.

All duties and taxes payable on shipments entering your country are payable by the purchaser. Little Life Studio are not able to make payment of any additional costs incurred from the shipment of your order.

We suggest you get in contact with your countries customs department if you have questions about duties on incoming goods, as we're unable to contact other customs offices outside of Australia.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number. Please allow the above handling times (3-5 business days) before you receive your tracking email.

 

Please note: The above are standard Aus Post lead times however there may still be delays in the postal system. If you are concerned about the status of your parcel, please check the Australia Post website for current shipping times.
