Returns and Exchanges

At Little Life Studio we hope that you will fall in love with every one of your mindful purchases. We wish for our customers to be happy with the pieces chosen so will always work together with you to find a solution, within the guidelines below, if your items are not as intended.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We accept all returns within 14 days from receipt of goods for a refund, exchange or store credit.

To start a return, please contact us at hello.littlelifestudio@gmail.com with information on the reason for your return and if you would like a refund, exchange or store credit. You will be provided with a returns number which we will use to process your return.

Please email us the tracking number for your return so we can keep an eye on its progress.

Once your order has arrived back to us, your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed within 3 business days. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

All items intended for return must be in their original, un used, unworn and un washed condition with original tags attached.

A return must be initiated by emailing us at hello.littlelifestudio@gmail.com within 14 days from receipt of goods. 

Please send back your return using tracked and insured shipping. Little Life Studio is not responsible for any loss or damaged goods in the process of a return.

If you have requested a refund for your return, please allow 3 business days from the date we receive the product back for your refund to be processed and another 2 business days for the refund to be received by you.

Exchanges and store credits will be processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the product back.

Refunds, exchanges and store credits will be processed for the full amount paid, minus any initial shipping charges.

Little Life Studio is not responsible for the return shipping costs for change of mind purchases.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the rare occurrence that an item from your order is damaged or faulty please contact us within 48hrs of your parcel arriving and we'll ensure any issues are fixed up for you.

Please do not remove tags, labels or stickers or wear, use or wash defective/damaged goods.
